Personal Training

Personal training is a one-on-one experience including adaptive and corrective training. We also provide a personalized weight loss and nutritional program designed to meet your needs. Whether you have a chronic condition, or just want to get healthier, let one of our Certified Personal Trainers help you reach your goals.

Adaptive Programs

Adaptive Programs

We offer a variety of programs for people of all abilities; including strength training and cardio fitness. Our adaptive fitness programs, and much of our equipment, are designed to meet the needs of people of all abilities, even those with chronic conditions or physical restrictions.

Free Weight Programs

Free Weight Programs

Free weight programs teach fundamental lifts with barbells, and much greater emphasis is placed on correct technique than mass moved. Advanced programs introduce other methods such as kettle bell training, and more focus is given to increases in weight and complexity of techniques.

Group Training

Group Training

Group training is designed for two to five people who share common fitness goals. We keep our group sessions small so we can provide a more personalized exercise routine for everyone. Our Certified Personal Trainers will find a program and pace that fits everyone’s needs and abilities.

On-Site Training

Adaptability fitness offers on-site exercise programs for your group or organization. We partner with assisted living facilities, group homes, conferences, and local businesses. On-site training provides a more convenient way to increase your health and well- being. Contact us to learn more about our customized programs.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Relaxing poses that help to reduce anxiety and stress, find inner balance, and gain and restore energy throughout the body. Different poses and sequences of poses aid in the promotion of digestion, treating headaches, recovering from injuries, treating back ailments, and allowing for better balance mentally and physically.

Injury/Fall Prevention

Injury/Fall Prevention

Fall and injury prevention continues to be a considerable challenge across the care continuum. In the United States, unintentional falls are the most common cause of nonfatal injuries for people older than 65 years.* Regular exercise significantly reduces injuries related to falls.
